SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are despatched within 2 days of the order being processed. All orders within the UK are

delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery or an alternative carrier during Royal Mail industrial action. Delivery charges below:

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Tracked delivery
Once your order is completed we will send you a tracking number by email.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your Venia Cosmetic purchase. If for any reason you'd like to return your order, please contact our Customer Service Team.

 

Returns
We can accept all unopened products that are returned to us within 30 days of original delivery in their original packaging and issue a refund or exchange for a product of the same value.

 

Damaged Items
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange for items of the same value provided they are returned to us within 30 days of their original delivery.

 

Reactions
In the unlikely event that you experience an unwanted reaction to one of our products, please contact our customer service team who will arrange a refund or exchange (and help you try and understand the issue).

 

When returning your products, please make sure you include the order number along with the product in all original packaging, wrapping and any tamper seals intact. Please also include a brief note stating why you have returned the item.
 

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered spa or retail location.

Once your item is received by us and it meets the criteria above, we will apply a refund to the original method of payment for the value of the goods within 14 working days.
